1. Information We Collect We only collect information that you provide to us directly via phone, email, or WhatsApp to carry out an EPC or Floor Plan (e.g., your name, property address, and contact details).

2. How We Use Your Data Your data is used solely to provide the services you have requested. As a legal requirement, property data and assessment details are uploaded to the Government's Central Register and shared with our accreditation body (ecmk).

3. Data Security We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is stored securely.

4. Data Retention In accordance with EPC regulations, we retain assessment records for 10 years to comply with auditing requirements.
